–Special thanks to Erik Noreke for his support and special edits–

I was having a conversation about powder coating on a forum. It grew into a rather large presentation of information. On the forum, I was answering questions from multiple posts so there was no real flow to the information. Here I will try to be a little more methodical.

I will touch on a lot of topics. I am sure I will be beat over the head for not going into enough detail on some. In my defense, if I try to cover every topic in detail, no one would read this and it would be a book, and there are books out there on this very topic that go in great detail.

In some cases, I will endorse items and I will also make some recommendations on features you should include in your setup. I will talk about different brands  and provide my opinions. And they are just that, my opinions. I will tell you the processes I follow, the materials and equipment I use and the methods and products. They may not be right for you.

The discussion will cover these topics:
