Control Arms Spacers and Shims

Shims Spacers 002 This is the set of spacers and shims that I have developed for the installation and removal of ball joints and bushings. 
Shims Spacers - Install Ball Joint Lower Control Arm This is the correct setup to install the Ball Joint in a front lower control arm. Doing it this way makes sure that the arm is not bent in the installation process.
Shims Spacers - Remove Bushing Upper Front Control Arm This is the correct setup to remove the bushing from the upper front control arm. It does not bend the arm or leave air chisel marks on the arm.
Shims Spacers - Correct for Upper Control Arm This is the correct setup to install the bushings in an upper control arm. Doing it this way makes sure that the arm is not bent in the installation process.
Shims Spacers - Remove Bushing in Upper Rear Control Arm This is the correct setup to remove the bushing from the upper rear control arm. The same setup is used to remove the bushings in the lower rear control arm. It makes it a breeze. Takes about 10 seconds and does not bend the arm.
Shims Spacers - Install Bushing Rear Upper Control Arm This is the correct setup to install the bushings in an upper rear control arm. Doing it this way makes sure that the arm is not bent in the installation process.
 Shims Spacers - Correct setup to Remove Bushings Lower Control Arm This is the correct setup to remove the bushing from the front lower control arm. I have tilled the spacer a little so the bushing is visible. It makes it a breeze. Takes about 10 seconds and does not bend the arm.
 Shims Spacers - Install Bushing Lower Control Arm This is the correct setup to install the bushings in a front lower control arm. Doing it this way makes sure that the arm is not bent in the installation process.
