Ok, the inside is ready to go forward. We now have to start the design of the new dash, gauges, and control panel to run the car. The only thing left here that needs to be removed is the clutch pedal as this is now an automatic. Thanks, Mr. Ball.Mr. Ball, there will be subs for lunch next week!
OEM_FUEL_LINES_010_small  John took on the job of stripping out the OEM fuel line with the assistance of Lenny.

It is a good thing we did this as it was found the the fuel line was crushed flat where it ran over the top of the ladder bar on the right side of the car. Ir is a wonder the engine got any fuel at all.
Trunk_004_small   Here is the trunk at the start of the day. This view will forever be changed by the end of the day! We are finial going in the right direction. Bolting stuff in for good.
Trunck_Battery_008_small   You may have seen the build of this battery tray before. The key here it is that is has been bolt in for the finial time here.
Click this text to see the build.
Trunck_Battery_009_small Battery to be installed. FedEx had a hard time finding it’s home. It took them two tries to get it here.
Trunck_Fuel_Cell_011_small Here is Tom working on the getting the correct length for the new battery cables. The common them of my pictures this week of the contributors was not to get their faces in the shots. I will work on this next week.

It’s in it’s new home. We did not get to make up any new cables as my propane torch was acting up. We will start on them this coming weekend.

Trunck_Fuel_Cell_014_small  Frank, we did pay attention to your presentattion on how to put AN fittings on braided lines. This is the line that will go between the fuel cell and the filter.

Trunck_Fuel_Cell_025_small   You can see the filter through the original fill of the car. The safety shutoff switch will be mounted here and you will then not be able to see this view.
Trunk_015_small   Well guys, what do you think. I for one think it looks great.
